Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel, Palm Springs

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The view was absolutely stunning, with a lovely mountain view, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the room I stayed in left a lot to be desired, as it smelled bad and wasn't what I expected. Also, I was really disappointed with the lack of security measures in place during my visit.

The hotel has a great location close to local downtown restaurants and bars, which I loved. The rooms were decent, but a bit too far from the elevators and had some issues with noise. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, although there were a few service hiccups. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
